1. Will the Company name or branding change from RCC to Cart Mart?

Yes, we began operating as Cart Mart on 12/6/2024 however, you won’t see much of a change in your invoicing or our branding until January 2025.

2. Who will be my main point of contact going forward?

Barbara, Steve, Pattie, Brad, and Eduardo are still here and happy to be helping you. As we begin to integrate RCC into the business, your calls will eventually be routed to a larger team of service and parts advisors who are also happy to assist you with booking your service, rental, parts, or sale transactions. 3. If my company has an account with RCC, will there be any changes to my account, the pricing, or the contract?

There will be no changes to the account for at least 90 days post-transaction. In the meantime, we will continue to honor any previously approved proposals or Purchase Orders for parts, service, or rentals. We will continue to work with you directly to make the transition as easy as possible and may need to support you with information about Cart Mart for your files, including a W-9 or insurance for new accounts. If we are not already doing business together, we may require a CA Resale Certificate, Certificate of Insurance, or Credit Card on hand, for our files.

4. Will my data and privacy be affected?

Your data and privacy protections are of utmost importance to us, and you can be assured that the safety and privacy of your data is secure during and after the transition.
