I am very impressed with how quickly Cart Mart was able to respond to my request as I gave them short notice. The cart delivery was perfectly on time and the driver was pleasant to work with. I plan on renting from them many more times.

I called around 2 p.m. and a technician was at our shop within an hour to replace batteries on our golf cart. Amazing service!

Bought a new motor for an Electric cart. Competitive price even compared to a rebuilt without having to exchange core since it was a brand new motor. The service guys in the back were super cool and helped me remove the old sprocket and install it on the new motor just as an added value. It’s really nice to have this kind of customer service in this day and age with the internet.

Cart Mart's customer service and product is excellent from A to Z. From the initial call to request cart rentals (2 gas powered two seater with a flatbed) to the ontime delivery, service throughout the event, and the eventual pickup, the process was smooth and seamless. Every person we dealt with there was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Purchased my custom made Yamaha golf cart from Cart Mart eight years ago. Had all four batteries replaced 13 months and 24 days ago. Had a battery fail that was 54 days out of warranty and they stepped up to the plate and replace the battery for free, even though it was out of warranty .....incredible!

The school I work at needed a 6 seater and a flat bed. We had a tight budget and needed the carts for a special event. Since the first contact I had with Steve and then later Rich, the customer service was nothing but amazing - prompt email/phone responses. Not only were they able to provide us with the carts we needed within our budget, but they were able to quickly deliver in time for our special event. The condition of the carts exceeded our expectations. For future cart needs, we will definitely be returning to Cart Mart. Their team is amazing.

What a great staff! These guys are knowledgeable and ready to help. I wanted to upgrade my old taillights and headlights to led's on my ds cart and wasn't sure what would would work. Jose in parts was able to provide me with a great set of taillights that worked great with no mods necessary. He sold me a set of replacement led bulbs for the headlights, but they did not give off enough light. I called and asked if they could take them back and to my suprise Jose said no problem! How's that for customer service? These guys are great to do business with, and Dustin and Lane in Service are helpful as well.

I went to Cart Mart (Rancho Mirage) looking for a good used Golf Cart and spoke to Jerry, he was very knowledgeable and well schooled in all brands of carts. They had a wide variety of new & used carts and I ended up purchasing a 2010 E-ZGO RXV from him and cannot be happier. I would definitely do business with Jerry again and encourage anyone else looking for a new or used golf cart to go to Cart Mart and ask for Jerry.

I stopped in to check it out and do some shopping for parts and refurbished Club Car product.The people were very polite and helpful and when I told them I was just there to look I was left alone to look around with no pressure. When I was ready I spoke with Jose Amaya who is the part manager and received price and delivery information for a part I needed. I also spoke with Mr. Ty Gaydish who is the GM.

Today I returned to purchase the part the price was fair and the product was Club Car not a knockoff.I will return for all my future Club Car and golf car needs.

We stopped by the store and brought our charger to be checked. We learned we need a new battery. This is the first time we called them in. The entire stuff was very polite and courteous. We had the battery replaced and the price was compatible with others. Technician who showed up (Chris) was very competent and professional. He had given me the instructions how to care for it on routine basis to prolonged the battery shelf life and worked very efficiently.

I am happy and I can recommend this place without reservations.

I took my golf cart battery charger in, thinking I would need a new one. They checked it out and it checked out fine. No charge for looking at it and explaining the issue I had with it. They're the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first experience buying a golf cart. Almost all their carts are new. I wanted one gently used. I got lucky because they had exactly what I was looking for (with an awesome sound system) they added the rear seat for me.

Their showroom is large and beautiful. Staff is very professional and friendly. I can call any time direct to my salesman's  Ruben's cell.

I stopped by today and Jose gave me and extra key and I bought some accessories.

After unsuccessfully attempting to purchase from the golf cart business in Laguna Woods we went to Cart Mart and met Jerod. He listened to our desires in a pre-owned golf cart and matched us with a 3-year old model they had in stock. Jerod promised to take care of us during the sale and post-sale.

He delivered the cart ahead of schedule. It performed very impressively as he said it would with the modifications we asked for. Since delivery we thought there was an issue with the new batteries or charger and Jerod had their service team out quickly. As it turned out it was a misunderstanding on our part on how to connect and validate the charger so the batteries/charger work fine. He has followed up since then to ensure there are no issues. I would recommend Jerod if you're looking for an affordable and reliable golf cart.

I purchased a preowned Club Car from Cart Mart about two months ago. It was my first golf cart and I searched and visited all of the golf cart dealers in our area before purchasing. It was a "no brainer" after meeting and speaking with Jerod. He was friendly and spent all of the time needed to answer all of my questions and concerns. He worked with me and gave me a fair price and a one year warranty as well as detailed instructions on operation and maintenance. More importantly, I have had several very minor issues since the purchase and Jarod has been amazing in his response.

Tony is an amazing technician with a terrific professional and friendly attitude. I am so happy that I did business with this company. Jerod is always available for questions. One side note: Jerod has given me a few golf tips that have actually helped my game!  Hooray for Cart Mart, Tony and Jerod.

Cart Mart is a place to go where you can be comfortable in knowing you are going to be treated well.

I purchased my golf cart there 4 years ago and have had it serviced when needed. Tony, the service mechanic is GREAT!  He knows the product well. Explains what and why certain repairs or service items are needed and then, after your approval, completes the job in a timely manner. Prices are fair and competitive and the job is done well.

I would highly recommend Cart Mart-Orange County for all your Golf Cart needs. You will not be disappointed.
