Our accessibility commitment

Cart Mart wants its digital services to be usable by as many people as possible

We view website accessibility as an ongoing responsibility. We work to improve the experience of customers with disabilities and welcome feedback when a page, feature, document, video, or transaction creates a barrier.

Ongoing improvement

Areas we consider when improving the site

Accessibility involves design, code, content, media, documents, forms, third-party services, and human support. Our work may include the following areas.

Readable Content

Clear headings, understandable language, useful link text, legible typography, and sufficient visual contrast.

Keyboard and Navigation

Logical structure, visible focus, predictable navigation, and controls that can be understood and operated without a mouse where supported.

Images and Media

Meaningful alternative text, descriptive context, and captions or transcripts when they are available and appropriate.

Forms and Transactions

Labels, instructions, error information, and alternatives for customers who encounter difficulty completing an online step.

A recognized technical reference

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines

The World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly called WCAG, describe ways to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Cart Mart may use current WCAG guidance and platform-specific accessibility practices as references when evaluating improvements.

This statement is not a certification that every page, feature, document, embedded service, or third-party destination conforms to a particular WCAG level. Accessibility depends on many technical and content factors and requires continued review.

Connected services and content

Third-party accessibility can vary

Some parts of the Cart Mart experience may rely on outside providers, embedded media, maps, inventory systems, payment tools, forms, social platforms, manufacturer documents, or links to other websites. Those services may be designed and maintained by organizations outside Cart Mart’s direct control.

If third-party content prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, contact Cart Mart. We will review the issue and work to provide the information or an alternative way to continue when reasonably possible.

Report a barrier or request assistance

Tell us what you were trying to access

Specific information helps our team understand the barrier and identify an appropriate response or alternate method.

Helpful details to include

  • The page address or name of the feature
  • What you were trying to read, find, submit, or purchase
  • A description of the difficulty or error
  • Your device, browser, and assistive technology, if relevant
  • Your preferred way to receive the information or continue

What happens next

Cart Mart will review the request, identify the relevant page or provider, and determine a practical next step. Depending on the issue, that may include corrected content, additional instructions, an alternate document, telephone assistance, or another way to complete the task.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive account information through a general accessibility report.

We are here to help

Contact Cart Mart for accessibility assistance

If the online contact page itself creates a barrier, call us directly. Please identify the issue as an accessibility request so it can be routed appropriately.
