With 30,000 lb towing capacity, a 17 hp fully enclosed AC motor, GT automotive differential, and four-wheel hydraulic disc braking, the Huskey is built for heavy horizontal movement without tying up forklifts for every trailer route.

Its 39 in width, 74.5 in turning radius, Hi-Low speed control, 48V traction system, and four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes make it a heavy-duty choice for active indoor and outdoor industrial routes.

The Huskey uses a fully welded 10-gauge steel frame, half-inch front push plate, rear counterweight, 17 hp enclosed AC motor, GT automotive differential, helical gear oil-bath transaxle, and regenerative braking. Taylor-Dunn backs the vehicle with a four-year factory warranty.
Power supply and drivetrain
The fully enclosed AC motor works with a self-diagnostic AC speed controller, GT automotive differential, and helical gear oil-bath transaxle for smooth heavy-duty towing.
The Huskey ships from the factory without an industrial battery. It accepts 48V industrial batteries that fit the 32 x 18.5 x 24-inch compartment and the specified 1,200-to-1,500-lb battery-weight range.
The standard battery connector is SB350 Blue. The vehicle ships without a charger; an off-board charger and an optional built-in charger are available, allowing Cart Mart to help match charging equipment to the facility and route demand.
